Our Founder
Matt Clark received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College in business administration and psychology. Through further education, Matt received a Master of Science in accounting from the University of North Texas. Matt has been working in the combined fields of information and technology and accounting for 15 years and has experience working with Bank One Corporation, Ernst & Young LLP and the Research Institute of America.
Matt Clark was consulting with QuickBooks clients when he realized that many sound accounting decisions were being foregone because his clients simply didn’t have the time or the knowledge of how to transfer information into QuickBooks. Without this ability QuickBooks often loses many of its robust qualities that make it the industry leading accounting package for small business.
Having extensive prior experience in data import with other software packages, Matt decided the need was simply too great, so he set out on a path of assimilating all the knowledge and tools he could obtain to work with QuickBooks databases. This vision evolved into the company that is now known as QB or not QB.
